Policy

• Registration Procedures
  We will closely limit the number of students in class, that is a good thing. The downside is, our classes fill up quickly which means it is possible to get booked out of a class. We offer several times and days for each level of class. Once a class is paid for there are no refunds.
• Punctuality
  Moms, Dads, for the sake of you child as well as the other children, please be on time. Being late is more distressing to your child than most parents realize.
• Snow/Inclement Weather
  Perfect Balance day classes will follow the Green Local School Districts closing schedule. Evening classes will be held regardless of school closings unless otherwise announced by the gym.
• Administration Fee
  This annual $40 fee ($45 Family) defrays office/administration, insurance and other non-teaching costs. Note that this fee is per person and is paid upon initial registration and each August thereafter.
• Make-Ups
  Make up classes are available for missed classes as long as they are made up within the same 8 week session. Please call ahead to schedule make ups.
• Lost & Found
  Perfect Balance is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles. Thte lost and found box is emptied on the 1st of each month.
• Special Request for Parents
  We take coaching your child very seriously. We have hired the best coaches in the country. We ask that you do not coach your child from the windows or the balcony. It is very disruptive to the class and the coach. Also please do not allow siblings to be unattended in the gym. We cannot be responsible for their well-being.
• Holiday Closings
  
  • Labor Day - September 4
  • Thanksgiving - November 23-25
  • Christmas/New Years - December 24- January
  • Good Friday/Easter - April 6-8
  • Memorial Day - May 28
