Why is Gymnastics and Cheer
beneficial to Preschoolers?

Gymnastics and Cheer can provide your preschooler with exposure to so many different skills.  More than just tumbling on mats, preschool gymnastics provides age-appropriate activities that create opportunity for:

Developing gross motor skills
Increasing coordination and flexibility
Learning safety skills
Building self-esteem / confidence
Participating in groups and working individually.

Kats Open Gyms

This is a supervised, unstructured 1  1/2 hour of fun for you to share with your child. Circuits will be set up, along with various activities like the rope swing and giant pit.  Open gym is for children 12 months to 6 years, and accompanied by an adult.

Open Gyms are held 2xs a month on Thursday and Fridays.  Check the calendar for current Open Gym Dates and Times.
